 a of the mind.\n\nDAY 2 – VIHARA (Lifestyle That Supports Healing)\n\nWh
 y food alone is not enough.\n\nObjectives:\n\nUnderstand lifestyle pillars
  of health.\nLearn elimination\, movement &amp\; sleep as healing tools an
 d begin the practice.\nUnderstand &amp\; design fibre-rich meals to preven
 t lifestyle diseases.\n\nDAY 3 – VICHARA (Mind\, Choices &amp\; Consciou
 s Living)\n\nHealing the mind to help adopt &amp\; sustain healthy choices
 .\n\nObjectives:\n\nUnderstand why knowledge doesn’t translate into acti
 on.\nLearn how to train the mind.\nYoga Philosophy: Panchakosha and food f
 or each sheath.\nApply Vedanta for daily decision-making to make the right
  choices.\nThe Details of the Retreat are as follows:\n\n*Suitable age gro
 up 18 years and above* Open for all\, no prior knowledge is required.\n\nD
 ate and timings: Starts on the 21st August (Friday) at 9:00 AM and conclud
 es on 23rd August (Sunday) 2026 at 4:30 PM.\n\nVenue: Indica Gurukulam @Ri
 tambhara\, No. 69\, BMTC Layout\, Adjacent to Kammasandra Village\, Lakshm
 ipura-Hobli.\n\nThe Retreat Place\, located just on the outskirts of Banga
 lore city\, is a small beautiful space dedicated to Yoga and spiritual stu
 dies and practices in a simple and clean environment adjacent to a farm of
  its own.\n\nWorkshop Contribution: Rs 8\,250/- per person. The fees are i
 nclusive of boarding\, lodging and teaching plus resource materials.\n\nAc
 commodation: Shared accommodation will be provided\n\nFood: Simple sāttvi
 k food with fresh-grown vegetables from the farm.\n\nReaching the Venue: T
 he venue is about 22 km from Majestic Bus Stand and is accessible through 
 Magadi Road and Tumkur Road\, preferably through your own vehicles. The re
 treat centre is very close to “Sri Kamadhenu Kshetra”\, a highly popul
 ar Raghavendra Swamy temple\, which has become much-known in recent years.
  It would take approximately an hour to reach the retreat venue from the c
 ity centre. Participants have to make their own arrangements to travel to 
 the venue. If any assistance is required\, the Indica Yoga Team will help.
 \n\nMetro Rail Access: Take Green Line\, get down at Madavara Metro Statio
 n. From there\, it takes 25 mins (9.2 km) via Lakshmipura Road by Auto Ric
